What We Offer

Clothing rack to our foster youth

Clothes hanging on wooden hangers in a closet, including shirts, jackets, and sweaters.

At The Hulsey Network, we provide gently used clothing to youth in foster care and for our Dia De Comunidad events, thanks to generous donations from community members. Assigned social workers can contact our team anytime, day or night, to access this service and ensure these young people and families receive the support they need.

Community Support

We support our community by hosting events throughout the year, like Dia De Comunidad, where families in need can access food, clothing, and local resources. These efforts help families with limited means meet their basic needs and strengthen community connections.

Referrals for services

Our team is committed to supporting community members in need—whether that’s access to food, clothing, or connection to other local resources. We work closely with clients, including those referred by Tulare County, to provide essential items and connect them with additional services in the community. These efforts are made possible thanks to generous monetary donations and contributions from local partners.
