Our mission is to provide culturally responsive support, food access, and care coordination to families in need while advocating for equity and inclusion.

The Hulsey Network is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), dedicated to empowering underserved and marginalized communities, including Latino immigrant families, individuals in the LGBTQ community, and others facing systemic barriers. We provide culturally responsive resources, advocacy, and community-driven support to promote equity, inclusion, and holistic well-being.
-
Provide essential support services, including culturally responsive case management and food assistance, for families living below the poverty line and experiencing economic hardship.
Advocate for and empower individuals within the LGBTQ community through direct services, care navigation, and access to affirming resources.
Offer educational, social, economic, and case management programs that promote equity, inclusion, stability, and holistic well-being.
Support and advocate for historically marginalized communities, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, Asian, and other people of color, immigrants, refugees, and individuals facing systemic barriers to opportunity.
-
The Hulsey Network is currently focused on securing grant funding to build the organizational capacity needed to carry out our mission. This includes establishing a physical office and resource center in the Dinuba area that will serve as a welcoming hub for community connection, care coordination, and access to support.
Securing sustainable funding will allow The Hulsey Network to responsibly launch programs, strengthen partnerships, and provide services in a way that is intentional, compliant, and community-driven.
-
Our work will be grounded in culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity-centered practices. We prioritize collaboration with community partners, lived experience, and advocacy to address both immediate needs and long-term systemic barriers.
-
Many families and individuals in our communities experience food insecurity, economic instability, and limited access to affirming and culturally responsive support. These challenges disproportionately impact LGBTQ individuals, immigrants, and communities of color.
-
At this stage, The Hulsey Network is focused on securing grant funding to bring our vision to life. Our goal is to establish a community-based resource center in the Dinuba area that will provide a safe, affirming space for families and individuals to access information, referrals, and support.
