Journey Hulsey is the Founder and Executive Director of The Hulsey Network. With a deep passion for advocacy and community empowerment, Journey leads the organization with a vision rooted in equity, inclusion, and meaningful impact. As Executive Director, Journey oversees the strategic direction of the organization, works closely with the Board of Directors, and ensures that all programs and services align with the mission of serving marginalized and underserved communities.
Journey’s leadership is driven by lived experience, compassion, and a strong commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces for Latino immigrant families, individuals in the LGBTQ community, and others facing systemic barriers. Through dedication, collaboration, and heart-centered leadership, Journey continues to guide The Hulsey Network toward sustainable growth and lasting community change.

Aimee is a proud mama of two gorgeous girls and brings that same nurturing, grounded energy into everything she does with us. Behind the scenes, she’s been instrumental in helping shape and grow The Hulsey Network — offering sharp strategy, thoughtful insight, and endless hours of brainstorming that have taken our vision to the next level.

Giselle serves as the Treasurer for The Hulsey Network and plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s financial integrity and long-term sustainability. As an active member of the Board, she is deeply involved in decision-making and helps ensure our resources are used thoughtfully to best serve the community.
Beyond her financial oversight, Giselle is an incredible collaborator. She brings creativity, insight, and enthusiasm to brainstorming sessions, especially when planning events and community initiatives. Her ability to think strategically while keeping our mission at the forefront makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Aracely serves as the Community Engagement Officer for The Hulsey Network and is deeply committed to building meaningful connections between our organization and the communities we serve. She is extremely dedicated to supporting our team and takes great joy in meeting with community members at each event, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, heard, and supported.
